What is the MOQ?

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 2,500 per size and finish. Order is subject to a 25% over/under run. To view our terms and conditions of sale, please click here.

What are the poly mailers made from?

Our one-way poly mailers are unpadded, and made from recyclable 2.35 mil white polyethylene (PE) film that contains post-consumer recycled content. This PE film is How2Recycle® pre-qualified for Store Drop-off recycling*

*Although our material is pre-qualified, the recyclability of the final package can change due to product application, attachments, and other factors added by the brand or customer.

How are these printed?

Our custom poly mailers are digitally printed. This allows you to print full-color, photo-quality graphics on both sides. We include full-bleed printing, so your design can cover the entire mailer from edge to edge.

Are the poly mailers recyclable?

Although our all-PE poly mailers are not currently curbside (bluebin) recyclable in the US, you can recycle them at Store Drop-off recycling locations. Most major grocery stores have Drop-off locations.

What finishes are available?

We offer gloss and soft touch matte finishes for our poly mailers.

What is your turnaround time?

Our current lead time for custom-printed poly mailers is 3 weeks after artwork approval.

Is shipping included in the price?

Shipping is not included in the pricing. We can pre-pay and add the cost to your total, or you can use your own carrier.
