Roll stock program

Our roll stock program puts the “flexible” in flexible packaging. With no fixed sizes and seven materials to choose from, you can completely customize your packaging design to fit your brand and product needs.

Premium quality roll stock with no minimums

Ideal for most single-use packaging applications, unformed flexible packaging material — known as roll stock — is best suited to contract manufacturers, co-packers, or brands with their own form, fill, and seal (FFS) equipment. This equipment allows you to fill and seal packaging in one process.

Whether you’re a large brand launching a new product, or a start-up working with a co-packer, our Roll Stock Program is a cost-effective solution to your flexible packaging needs. Choose from seven premium quality materials and two protective varnishes — with no MOQs or set sizes.

We offer two classes of materials in our roll stock program — cosmetic web and stick pack films. Each material is available in white and silver finish unless otherwise noted. Data sheets are available on request.

Our roll stock is digitally printed. This allows you to print full-color, photo-quality graphics and utilize variable data in your design. It also allows us to consolidate orders of the same size, giving you a lower price.

Your design will be protected with your choice of gloss or matte ebeam varnish. Our ebeam varnish is a solvent-free alternative to traditional lamination. It is applied on the surface of your printed design to provide excellent heat, scratch, and solvent resistance.

This finishing method eliminates additional production steps, allowing us to make roll stock quicker and more cost-effective.

Our roll stock comes on 3″ x 3/8″ cores. Rolls will be bagged and cores will be protected with core plugs. Based on the number of versions and quantity per version, you may receive smaller diameter rolls.
